This is our 741msq block where we plan to build our dream home. We love this area because it is close to parks, lakes and bike tracks which will be great for our family of 4 and dog Keira.
The block has only 200mm of fall. We have chosen a fixed house and land package thus saving us a huge amount on our site costs.
