G and V would like to announce the safe arrival of our slab.

After being away for an extended weekend we arrived home late on Monday evening and discovered our slab had been layed.
This was surprising when you consider how bad the weather was on Monday and the amount of rain we had.
PD must really be under pressure to keep the work progressing but that is fine with us as long as the quality remains.
We noted today that they have already been back to tidy up and remove the rubbish - very impressive.

No doubt our first invoice will be coming shortly!

Wow - they must be looking to impress you! That's very exciting - frame will go up really quickly, too ...Well, ours didn't , but I'm SURE yours will!)

Looking forward to seeing it take shape ;-)

Good stuff guys - this is where the fun starts - the frame goes up and the rooms start to take shape. and you get an overall understanding of the size.

Oh I'm surprised that you didn't have the invoice on Tuesday!!! We get ours the very next day after a stage is completed!!!

What a nice surprise to get on the way home. Very exciting isn't it. I'm looking forward to seeing the Rowland be built. It was released the day we signed up for the Cremorne, I had to drive to Cranbourne to see it before we went further with the Cremorne. I would have liked the Rowland top (but with only one bathroom or two two-ways) and the Cremorne bottom. I really wanted a lounge room!

Hope the timber gets delivered soon and the chippies make a start. Lucky you are close by too. Enjoy!
