Today marks the official start to our building. PD have kept their word (thanks to the extra efforts of "D") and have delivered an August site start.I met the contractor at the block at 7.30am and he had already scraped off the grass.
He apologised for not being there yesterday but explained that he was working out the other side of town and couldn't get back.
Anyway we are very happy to have the building process started and are now looking foward to the next stage.

Nice to see you started. The next few weeks will be very exciting as you construction gets underway.
The mud will drive you mad though..!!

Yes it is already exciting - probably the only time I can remember being happy about a bit of mud and excavation! No doubt our car will end up as dirty as yours though.

Great to see ;-) Can't wait to see it all take shape from here - I haven't even been in a Rowland display (mus be about the only one I haven't been in!), so I'm looking forward to seeing yours go up!

yes we sorted the tile issue out, we are not going with NT and PD are giving us a refund for the tile areas we are not doing (Laundry and Powder Room) so quite happy about this. We understand that the final plans will be drawn up 18th Aug so we are about a month behind you.
