We Are Wrapped
Well, the lower level has been wrapped. We also have had our bricks delivered.
And plumbing roughed in.
The next step is the removal of the scaffold, installation of the rest of the first floor windows and bricklaying to start.
Hi Gang. Have you got a start date for your bricking? Talk around the blogs is that Brickies are hard to come by at the moment. My brickies have gone missing...!
Gang, great progress and more blue sky too. Hope you find the Brickies. There must be a lot of building going on which is contary to the newspapers and the slow down in housing. Either that or they are all taking a winter holiday.
okay, to save asking again I went back and found your brick selection hehehe, remember that the bricks will look sooooo different once they are up on the house and different again with your choice of mortar. Our neighbour has the same bricks as Petal but they look totally different due to the different mortar colours. I'm sure once they are up on the house with windows etc they will look great. But yep it does pay to try and see a completed house first. So hard to pick a brick from looking at three of them together!!
Hope they find some brickies for you, I highly recommend ours, he's finished and hopefully on the way to another Cremorne or Rowland!
